How To Wear Houndstooth In Winter

Houndstooth is a duotone textile pattern characterized by broken checks or abstract four-pointed shapes, often in black and white, although other colors are used. The professional-looking print was named based on its similarity to sharp-looking teeth. It made a small but notable showing in the fall 2020 print trends.

If you are not used to adding any kind of pattern to your daily look, you can start wearing it as accessories such as a scarf and bag. Black and white houndstooth is the easiest color combination to match with any colors of your outfit. It's easy to start matching with basic color outfits such as beige, grey, and black.

As everybody wears long like a long dress, long skirts, and wide long trousers, a long coat with a houndstooth pattern is stylish and chic.

There was a lot of this pattern plays at designers' runways this season. As seen on the runways, pattern on pattern is not too much at all. As long as the patterns have different sizes or colors, it looks even more stylish. A formal suit with a black and white houndstooth pattern looks professional and chic, as seen on Agnona. If you like to play with patterns and prints, you should definitely try it!

Most of all, the houndstooth jacket or blazer is a must-have item for the fall/winter season. It goes well with everything from dress to jeans, printed skirts, and trousers. Just with t-shirts and a pair of jeans, you can have such a trendy and stylish look without any effort. These are my favorite street styles with houndstooth blazers.

The houndstooth pattern is timeless and stays on-trend every year in the winter season. It gives vibrant and fun on monotone looks. The colors and sizes of the pattern also give different and various vibes to the outfits so that you can play or mix and match with other prints or patterns.
